About Evolve Fair Oaks

Set to open in July, Evolve Fair Oaks Residential Treatment Center treats adolescents ages 12-17 who struggle with mental health, substance use, or behavioral issues. Located in Sacramento County, Evolve Fair Oaks is in a peaceful area known for its natural beauty. Our spacious home has been designed to provide a safe and structured environment where teens develop valuable skills and insights, ensuring gains in treatment are maintained long after discharge.
