And because we focus solely on adolescents, our expertise is unmatched and exceed typical expectations for commercial insurance coverage.

Mental Health Disorders

Evolve offers specialized treatment for adolescents struggling with anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), and other mental health conditions. Our clinicians employ evidence-based therapies and interventions tailored to each client’s individual unique needs, fostering growth and resilience.

Alcohol/Substance Use Disorders​

Adolescents battling alcohol and substance use disorders receive comprehensive treatment at Evolve. Our programs address various substances, including alcohol, marijuana, opioids, stimulants, and more. We create personalized treatment plans that combine therapeutic modalities, education, and relapse prevention strategies to help adolescents achieve and maintain sobriety.

Diagnosis​

Partial Hospitalization​

PHP

With partial hospitalization programs, Teens receive a full day of treatment but live at home. This level of care is ideal for teens transitioning from an intensive outpatient program or residential treatment when they need more structure than the typical outpatient program or have been previously unsuccessful in an IOP.

IOP

IOP is a flexible treatment option for adolescents who require structured support but don’t need 24/7 care. Patients attend therapy sessions and engage in group activities several days a week, allowing them to maintain their academic and social routines while still receiving crucial therapeutic interventions.

Remote

Virtual outpatient treatment programs at Evolve secure, private and effective. We help teens and their families maintain balance, with minimal disruption to their daily lives, when dealing with issues related to behavior, mental health, and addiction.
