Evolve Cole Ranch provides 24/7 mental health and substance use care for teens in a small, home-like setting in Encinitas, CA. This level of care is designed for teens who need consistent structure, safety monitoring, robust clinical support, and time away from daily stressors to focus on recovery. We support teens with primary mental health or substance use challenges, as well as those with co-occurring mental health, substance use, or behavioral concerns. With no more than six teens in treatment at a time, Cole Ranch provides highly personalized care for families throughout greater San Diego County, across California, and nationwide, helping teens stabilize, develop coping skills, and build a foundation for lasting progress.

About Our Cole Ranch Residential Home
Our Cole Ranch residential facility is a 6,710 square foot modern, repurposed farmhouse set on a half-acre lot, designed to provide a safe, structured, and effective environment for teen residential treatment. The property includes a pool, fruit trees, an outdoor dining and BBQ area, balancing clinical functionality with warmth and comfort so teens have space to participate in therapy, build healthy routines, and practice new coping skills without feeling institutional. Dedicated therapy spaces, a school room, and comfortable bedrooms support both the clinical and daily-living needs of each teen in care.
