That’s why we offer a comprehensive benefits package for our employees and their families. Regular full-time employees are eligible for most benefits. Employees may also enroll eligible family members under specific plans they choose for themselves.

Employees can choose from five different medical insurance options to suit their family and budget. Most plans provide low employee contributions, low out-of-pocket costs, and/or low/no deductibles. All plans cover routine preventive care with in-network providers. In addition, we offer managed care (HMO) and Preferred Provider (PPO) plans, allowing employees to choose what best fits their needs.
Paid Time Off
We understand a healthy work/life balance is crucial for our success, so we maintain a flexible Paid Time Off policy. Employees start accruing PTO immediately upon hire. PTO may be used for vacation, family caregiving, or other personal reasons. In addition, employees receive paid holidays, paid sick days, and time off for bereavement and religious observances.
Employees enrolled in our vision plan receive full coverage for eye exams and glasses or contact lenses. This plan also covers a percentage of out-of-network provider visits.
Employees enrolled in our dental plan receive coverage for regular dental checkups, cleanings, and other dental services, including orthodontic costs for eligible family members.
Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA)/Healthcare Flexible Spending Accounts (HSA)
We encourage our employees to invest in their health. Employees may set aside a portion of their paycheck, tax-free, toward qualified health care expenses incurred by them or their family members. Qualified expenses include copayments, dental treatment, deductibles, prescription medications, orthodontia, Lasik eye surgery, travel expenses for medical care, acupuncture, chiropractor care, psychotherapy, fertility treatments, and more. Employees with children under the age of 13 can set aside a portion of their paycheck, tax-free, to cover the costs of daycare, nursery school, or babysitting. Employees can also use FSA accounts for expenses related to dependents who are physically or mentally incapable of caring for themselves, such as elderly parents or children with special needs.
Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
As a mental health treatment provider, we understand the importance of maintaining the emotional health and personal well-being of each member of our staff. Our Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is a free, confidential program dedicated to supporting our employees and their families. Employees are also eligible for other professional services, including counseling, legal consultation with an attorney, consultation with a credit counselor, ID Recovery, or help to find childcare, adoption, and eldercare resources.
We offer a matching 401(k) plan to help employees save and invest in their future. Employees may contribute a percentage of their pre-tax income towards a retirement savings account. We match a percentage of contributions to each employee plan.
Evolve supports our employees in taking time off to heal and recover when they’re unable to work due to disability. Eligible employees may receive short-term monetary benefits from California State Disability Insurance (SDI).
We support employees taking time for personal family and health matters. As part of state and federal family and medical leave policies (FMLA/CFRA) and pregnancy disability leave (PDL) programs, eligible employees may receive up to 12 weeks of job-protected leave per year to care for serious health conditions, serious health conditions of family members, or parental leave.
We invest in professional growth, offering quarterly continued education, ongoing training, and professional development courses for all employees. We provide clinical supervision, and have helped hundreds of associate therapists successfully complete the licensure process. We offer free CEU and training events, such as Nonviolent Crisis Intervention training, DBT training, and more.
