We’re always looking to add to our team of exceptional counselors, therapists, staff, and associates. We keep searching even when we’re fully staffed, so when a position opens, we already have the right person. View openings. No calls, please.
Evolve Treatment Centers offers cutting-edge outpatient, partial hospitalization, and residential treatment programs for teens ages 12 to 17 struggling with substance use and mental health disorders. We use evidence-based treatment methods to create individual recovery plans for each of our patients. Our goal is to help them live the life they want to live based on their personal vision of happiness. As part of the Evolve team, you’ll work directly with adolescents who need your help every day.
Your Success is Our Success
Our first-class staff is at the core of our work with our adolescents. We’re a creative, compassionate, and energetic community of professionals. We’re genuinely committed to our diverse and multi-talented team. When you take a job at Evolve, we give you the best training available in the industry. You spend 2-6 weeks – paid – learning our company culture, norms, and therapeutic methods. You receive training in professional ethics and best practices in patient communication and clinical documentation. You shadow experienced team members in live therapeutic situations to learn the nuances of your new job. As you become more comfortable, you take on more responsibility, until you’re ready to step into your position and apply your passion for working with adolescents.
Once you’re on the job, we’re committed to working with you to develop both your professional skills and achieve your career goals. We cultivate talent so we can promote from within, which is always our first preference. You don’t have to look very far to find proof of our commitment to this practice: several members of our leadership team began their journey with us as interns completing hours for their license. They worked their way up to full-time counselors, therapists, supervisors, directors, and admissions coordinators.
