Resources For Teens

If you think you need help with emotional challenges, substance abuse, or behavioral issues, then you’ve landed on the right page. We can help.

We’ve helped hundreds of teenagers get their lives on track. We’ll accept you with open minds and open hearts. Our first promise to you is that we’ll listen. We know the change you want has to come from inside you, but we also know if you could do it alone, you wouldn’t be reading this. No matter where you are on your journey, we’ll do our best to offer support and resources.

Evolve is Here for You

At Evolve, we create a safe, positive, and productive environment where real change happens daily. Our programs are designed to meet the unique needs of adolescents ages 12 to 17 years struggling with mental health, substance use, and behavioral issues.

Our treatment approach incorporates a wide range of evidence-based practices, including dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing, and experiential therapies such as equine-assisted therapy, surf, mindful cooking, music, art, and drama therapy. These therapeutic modalities allow individuals to explore their emotions, develop healthy coping skills, and discover new avenues for self-expression and personal growth.

Remember, we’re committed to you and your family’s well-being. When you come to Evolve, you join a community of mental health professionals dedicated to doing the hard work of supporting you in your healing and recovery. We’ll be here for you through the entire journey. Through your highs and lows, ups and downs, successes and near misses, we won’t waver in our commitment to your health and recovery.

If you think you need help, we are here for you!
