Ellen Urtecho, LCSW, is the Program Director at Evolve Woodland Hills and the Crisis Prevention Training Specialist for the Southern California region. Earning her Master of Social Work from the University of Southern California, Ellen brings eight years of dedicated experience supporting adolescents and their families across both school and residential settings.

Having been with Evolve for five years, she has successfully grown through multiple clinical and leadership roles, starting as a Residential Counselor and advancing through positions as an Associate Therapist, Primary Therapist, and Associate Clinical Director.
