We know exactly how you feel. We know what you’re going through. We understand.

Except…we don’t.

We’ve never met you. There’s no way we know exactly what you’re going through, and we can’t possibly know how you feel.

But we want to. If you think you need help with emotional challenges, substance abuse and addiction problems, or behavioral issues, then you’ve landed on the right page.

We can help.

We’ve helped hundreds of teenagers get their lives on track. We’ll accept you with open minds and open hearts.

Our first promise to you is that we’ll listen.

We know the change you want has to come from inside you, but we also know if you could do it alone, you wouldn’t be reading this.

No matter where you are on your journey, we’ll create a treatment plan to match your needs. Here’s what we offer:

Residential Treatment

If your life has become unmanageable, you need a total reset, or previous attempts at recovery haven’t worked, you may want to consider spending time in one of our residential treatment centers. You’ll live at Evolve 24/7, and every moment of every day will be designed specifically for your health, well-being, and recovery.

Partial Hospitalization

If you know you need a period of serious work on yourself but can still manage living at home, partial hospitalization may be the right choice. You’ll immerse yourself in the recovery process while enjoying the support, familiarity, and comfort of your home and family after the treatment day is done. In this program, you receive six hours of treatment, five days a week.

Intensive Outpatient

If you’re ready to get to the root of your issues but can still manage living at home and going to school, our intensive outpatient program may match your needs. You’ll take a deep dive into the issues tripping you up in life, without falling behind in school or leaving your family. In this program, you receive three hours of treatment, three to five days a week.

Outpatient

If you’ve never attempted recovery but know you need help handling your challenges before they get out of control, outpatient therapy is an excellent step. You’ll learn about yourself and the issues you’re facing, and work with your therapist on strategies to apply to daily life. In this program, you receive one to two hours of treatment, one to two days a week.

It’s Your Call

When you come to Evolve, you join a community of mental health professionals dedicated to doing the hard work of healing and recovery. We don’t sugar-coat things: the process probably won’t be easy, and you’re the only one who can really make it happen. We provide resources that are proven effective, from traditional therapy to experiential activities like yoga, meditation, music, and art. We help you make sense of it all in a way that works for your life.

We’ll also make a second promise: we’ll be here for you through the entire journey. Through your highs and lows, ups and downs, successes and near misses, we won’t waver in our commitment to you health and recovery.

If you think you need help, the chances are you do.

We’re ready for you.

Are you ready to change your life?
