About the DBT Skills Coach Role
As a DBT Skills Coach, you’ll join a dedicated team supporting teens with mental health and substance use challenges. You’ll gain:
- Intensive Paid Training: Learn the DBT treatment model from expert clinicians.
- Hands-On Experience: Provide skills coaching, co-lead DBT groups, and facilitate clinical risk assessments.
- Career Growth: Competitive pay with review opportunities at six months and one year.
