About Evolve

Evolve’s Treatment Centers prioritize teen safety with stringent protocols, advanced technology, and a 3:1 client-staff ratio. Our staff, including psychiatrists, nurses, and licensed counselors, offers individual therapy thrice weekly and daily group counseling, with biweekly family engagement. Our comfortable homes, housing up to six teens, are near outdoor activities, fostering inclusion and healing.

We provide a comprehensive continuum of care with Intensive Outpatient, Partial Hospitalization, and Residential Treatment Centers across California. Specializing in evidence-based treatment, we support teens aged 12 to 17 facing mental health, substance abuse, and behavioral challenges.

RTC: Residential Treatment

Our residential program provides a safe, structured, compassionate environment where adolescents receive 24/7 support. Patients attend individual and group therapy, therapeutic activities, and more. Ideal for teenagers who are finding life to be unmanageable due to mental health, substance use, or behavioral issues.

PHP: Partial Hospitalization

PHP allows teens to receive a full day of treatment but live at home with their families. This level of care is ideal for teens transitioning from an intensive outpatient program or residential treatment, when they need more structure than the typical intensive outpatient program or have been previously unsuccessful in an IOP.

IOP: Intensive Outpatient

IOP is a flexible treatment option for adolescents who require structured support but don’t need 24/7 care. Patients attend therapy sessions and engage in group activities several days a week, allowing them to maintain their academic and social routines while still receiving crucial therapeutic interventions.
