Adolescent Specific Programs
Founded in 2014, Evolve offers industry-leading programs for adolescents ages 12-17 who struggle with mental health, substance use, and/or behavioral issues. Evolve is one of the few programs that has a decade of experience running programs exclusively for teens!
We work with teens and their families as they face challenges in their individual and family lives and cope with the specific stresses of modern life.
Treatment for Mental Health and Co-Occurring Disorders
Our areas of clinical expertise include working with teens who have difficulty regulating emotions, are engaging in high-risk or self-injurious behaviors, or are suffering from suicidal ideation. We specialize in complex cases with high-acuity mental health issues and co-occurring disorders.

We’ll get to know your teen and assess what level of care is clinically appropriate, ensuring Evolve is the right fit. If we’re not the right fit, we’ll provide referrals to programs that better meet your teen’s needs.
Step 3: A Safe, Supportive Start
On your teen’s first day, you’ll be welcomed by our team, guided through the intake process, and have a chance to tour the program. Your teen will begin their journey in a safe, nurturing environment surrounded by caring professionals.
