Step 1: Understanding Your Situation
When you reach out to us, we listen. We want to understand who you are, what’s going on in your family. A compassionate and skilled Admissions Coordinator will guide you through the process and answer any questions you have about Evolve’s programs. We will also answer questions in relation to payment and insurance coverage. Evolve works with most private insurance companies on an in-network and out-of-network basis. We talk to your insurance provider and advocate for you to maximize your benefits at every level of care.
Step 2: Ensuring Evolve Will Be the Best Fit
The next step is known as the pre-admissions assessment, and our goal is to ensure Evolve is clinically appropriate for your teen. We ask for information such as your teens current symptoms and behaviors, as well as their clinical history. We look at their treatment history and collect any relevant records, such as, hospital records or previous psychological testing.
After we’ve determined the appropriate level of care, we work with you to decide which location is the best fit, then arrange a time and date for admission. We send you the consent forms, a parent questionnaire, and an admissions handbook with specific information about our modes of therapy and daily routines, your involvement as a family, and other areas like rules and expectations of participants and what to pack.
