Emily Bell
Emily Bell, LMFT
Clinical Program Director

Emily Bell is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and a Clinical Program Director at Evolve, where she has been dedicated to supporting teens and their families for the past five years. She began her journey at Evolve as a Residential Counselor and has since held roles as a Primary Therapist and Associate Clinical Director, gaining extensive experience in adolescent mental health treatment.

Emily’s clinical approach is rooted in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), emphasizing skills-based interventions that promote emotional regulation, distress tolerance, and resilience. She encourages teens to challenge avoidance and embrace the mindset: “I can do hard things.” Her approach is authentic and playful, helping adolescents feel safe enough to explore their struggles while learning practical tools for growth.

Emily is passionate about equipping families with the tools to support their teens effectively, helping parents feel more confident and prepared. In this workshop, Emily will provide insight into self-harm behaviors, how to approach conversations with your teen, and ways to guide them toward healthier coping strategies.
