Michael Anderson is an experienced People and Culture Executive in the Healthcare and Behavioral Health Industries. Having received his MA in Psychology from the California Institute of Integral Studies Michael has a deep passion for behavioral, emotional, and spiritual growth. Combining his interests in leadership, organizational development and psychology Michael has been helping build and sustain thriving organizational cultures through people first programs and policies for over a decade.
