Rachele Moskowitz, MA, LMFT, serves as the Clinical Program Director at Evolve Teen Treatment Centers in Ojai. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Duke University and a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from Antioch University. Rachele is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with advanced certifications in EMDR and Integrated Somatic Approaches to Trauma. Her career has spanned private practice, research, consulting, and serving as Director of Clinical Training at a local university.

As Clinical Director, Rachele is the heart of Evolve Ojai’s therapeutic team. She oversees all clinical programming, ensures top-tier care and safety, and provides supervision and mentorship to the clinical staff. She works closely with families, participates in treatment planning, and leads weekly treatment team meetings to ensure every teen’s care plan aligns with Evolve’s evidence-based, behavioral approach. When needed, she steps in to provide individual, group, or family therapy sessions, ensuring that families always feel supported.

Rachele’s approach reflects Evolve’s commitment to proven, evidence-based treatment for adolescents. She specializes in working with teens who are struggling with depression and other mental health challenges, integrating therapies like DBT, CBT, and somatic techniques to help teens understand their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. She believes real change happens when teens feel seen for who they are — not just their struggles — and when families are actively involved in the healing process. With compassion, expertise, and strong leadership, Rachele helps teens and families find hope, connection, and a clear path forward.
