Jordan is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 13 years of experience in the mental health field. She excels at mentoring clinical teams and overseeing program operations. As the Director of Outpatient Programs, she ensures that all outpatient staff are expertly trained in evidence-based care, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), allowing our clinicians to confidently support even the most complex cases.

She earned her master’s degree in Social Work from Baylor University. Throughout her career, she has developed extensive expertise working with high-acuity adolescents and holds specialized training in DBT. Beyond her clinical skills, Jordan approaches her work with genuine compassion and strong integrity, respecting the individual journey of each adolescent she supports.

Jordan brings deep institutional knowledge to her role. Before becoming the Director of Outpatient Programs, she served as the Clinical Program Director of our San Diego PHP/IOP. She now leverages that frontline experience to guide our other outpatient programs and clinical teams, fostering a collaborative culture where best practices are shared across the entire network.

When she’s not hard at work at Evolve, Jordan loves running, reading, and spending time with her family.
