This level of care is designed for teens who need consistent structure, safety monitoring, robust clinical support, and time away from daily stressors to focus on recovery. We support teens with primary mental health or substance use challenges, as well as those with co-occurring mental health, substance use, or behavioral concerns. With no more than six teens in treatment at a time, our La Mesa program offers highly personalized care for families throughout East County San Diego, greater San Diego County, across California, and nationwide, helping teens stabilize, strengthen coping skills, and build a foundation for lasting progress.

Our La Mesa residential facility is a 4,829 square foot home designed to provide a safe, structured, and effective environment for teen residential treatment. The home includes two dedicated therapy offices, a group therapy room, a school room, and a nurse’s office, along with a resort-style backyard featuring a pool, outdoor dining, and space for group activities. Every detail balances clinical functionality with warmth and comfort, giving teens space to participate in therapy, build healthy routines, and practice new coping skills without feeling institutional.
