Evolve Growth Initiatives, LLC and its subsidiaries (collectively referred to as “Evolve Treatment” or “Evolve”) are committed to providing online support services using HIPAA-compliant technology programs such as Zoom or similar platforms. By participating in this online community, you consent to the use of these telehealth services.

Privacy Protections:

Evolve is dedicated to maintaining the privacy of its clients. While we utilize technology designed to facilitate support in a private and confidential setting, we cannot guarantee that other members of the online community will adhere to the same strict confidentiality standards as Evolve’s staff. Participants should be mindful of their own privacy when sharing information, as there is a possibility that private details may be disclosed.

Evolve encourages all members of this online support group to respect each other’s privacy and refrain from sharing or disclosing any information about fellow participants. It is crucial that all online participants engage in the support group in a private setting without fear of interruption.

Telehealth services can be discontinued at any time, either upon the recommendation of an Evolve staff member or at the request of any online community member. You can withdraw your consent by canceling your registration at any time. To cancel your registration, open the confirmation email or one of the reminder emails.
