Tia is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) and the Clinical Program Director for Evolve Elk Grove Outpatient. Known for her optimism and authenticity, Tia is committed to creating supportive, client-centered treatment environments where individuals and their families can feel safe, seen, and empowered. She especially enjoys helping adolescents and their families navigate challenges, strengthen communication, and build lasting foundations for growth and recovery. She earned dual master’s degrees in Counseling and Forensic Psychology from Holy Names University. Throughout her career, Tia has developed a robust and diverse clinical background, working across outpatient, community-based, and behavioral health settings. Providing services to adolescents, adults, and families experiencing a wide range of concerns, she has extensive experience working with diverse populations. Tia is deeply committed to delivering high-quality, culturally responsive, trauma-informed, and evidence-based care.
In her role at Evolve Elk Grove Outpatient, Tia ensures the delivery of effective, compassionate, and evidence-based services by overseeing clinical programming and supporting multidisciplinary treatment teams. She is a passionate leader dedicated to staff development, clinical excellence, and fostering programs that empower individuals to build resilience and achieve their personal goals. Tia believes that lasting change occurs when people feel genuinely accepted, respected, and capable of creating that change. Her ultimate goal is to cultivate this transformative experience for every client and family served.
Outside of her work at Evolve, Tia enjoys staying active through Pilates, reading, shopping, and spending quality time with her loved ones.
