Kaley Bond is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and the Clinical Program Director for Evolve San Diego PHP and IOP. Dedicated to empowering adolescents, her primary clinical goal is to support clients in developing healthy coping mechanisms that allow them to successfully navigate life’s challenges. By fostering resilience and self-discovery, Kaley is deeply committed to helping teens and their families build a life that feels truly worth living.

She earned her bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Cleveland State University and her master’s degree in Social Work from California State University San Marcos. Kaley specializes in treating mood and anxiety disorders in youth and adults, utilizing a robust foundation of evidence-based practices. Her clinical approach dynamically incorporates Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing, and Solution-Focused Therapy to deliver highly tailored, effective care.

Throughout her career, Kaley has gained extensive clinical and leadership experience across all levels of care, including residential treatment, Partial Hospitalization Programs (PHP), and Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP). Having managed mental health programs for both adolescents and adults, she brings a comprehensive understanding of the recovery journey to her role at Evolve. As Clinical Program Director, Kaley leverages this diverse background to guide her San Diego team, ensuring that every family receives the highest standard of compassionate, structured, and clinically rigorous support.

Outside of her work at Evolve, Kaley enjoys traveling, staying active through yoga, and spending quality time with her friends and family.
