Before joining Evolve, Allie held leadership roles at digital health pioneers like Headspace and CareLinx, where she led cross-functional efforts to build partnerships with health plans, employers, and wellness platforms. Her background spans both early-stage startups and large organizations, giving her a unique ability to navigate ambiguity, drive alignment, and turn complex ideas into actionable progress.
