If a teen turns 18 while in treatment, they can typically stay and complete the program.
No. Clients are not separated based on their biological sex or gender identity.
Our clinicians use HIPAA-compliant video conferencing for weekly family therapy and parent coaching sessions. On-site visitation is offered every Sunday, with flexibility for other days if clinically appropriate. For families who aren’t local, virtual visitation via Zoom is available. Many out-of-town parents schedule extended visits, which can include on-site and offsite time with their teen.
No. Evolve is not a religious treatment center—we do not teach or promote any specific religion. However, we fully support teens who wish to incorporate their faith or spirituality into their treatment. As part of our commitment to culturally responsive care, we create space for clients to observe religious practices, holidays, and traditions in a way that is safe, respectful, and clinically appropriate. Teens are encouraged to express and maintain their beliefs during their time in treatment.
Yes. We proudly serve LGBTQ+ teens and are committed to creating an affirming, inclusive environment for all clients, including those who identify as nonbinary, transgender, queer, or questioning.
Yes. We accommodate all dietary needs, including vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and allergen-sensitive diets. For Kosher diets, we typically order from a nearby deli or catering service and use disposable utensils and plates to maintain food integrity. Our chefs collaborate with teens to plan meals that meet their preferences and needs.
