Stacey Sigman is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and Regional Clinical Director at Evolve. A seasoned manager, she believes exceptional care begins by supporting the professionals who provide it and creating environments where both care providers and the clients they serve can grow. Inspired by Evolve’s commitment to best-practice approaches and strong outcomes, Stacey fosters collaboration and clinical excellence by working closely with interdisciplinary teams and leadership. While she is highly data-driven, she is most moved by the testimonials and anecdotal data of life-changing care in treatment.

She earned her Master of Social Work (MSW), specializing in Psychiatric and Mental Health Social Work, from the University of Southern California (USC). As a clinician, she is particularly passionate about integrating expressive arts therapies and community-based practices as vital adjunct approaches alongside traditional evidence-based care, especially within residential treatment settings.

Stacey brings a longstanding career in behavioral health, with a diverse background as both a therapist and a manager. She has served and led programs across continuums of care, treating veterans, addiction disorders, and mental health conditions in residential settings for youth and adults, as well as in psychiatric hospitals. Additionally, her comprehensive understanding of the healthcare system includes experience working directly with health plans to manage behavioral health authorizations, grievances, and appeals.

Outside of her professional work at Evolve, Stacey is a passionate healthcare activist. In her spare time, you can find her advocating for women’s health alongside lawmakers and researchers to update disease prevention, or in Washington, D.C., advocating for covered public healthcare.
