Haley is a Clinical Social Worker and our Northern California Regional Director, bringing extensive experience in community mental health, school systems, and private practice to the Evolve team. She excels at bridging the gap between clinical support and real-world advocacy, utilizing a diverse background in case management and therapeutic intervention to strengthen families and empower youth.

She earned her bachelor’s degree in Clinical Psychology from William Jessup University and her Master of Social Work from California State University, Chico. Throughout her career, Haley has developed a specialized focus on adolescents and family dynamics. By honing her expertise in high-stakes environments, she is able to provide compassionate, evidence-based support to every client and family she serves.

Haley’s professional background includes pivotal roles as a Wraparound Supervisor, School Social Worker, and a specialist in adoptions, child welfare, and juvenile probation. She joined Evolve in August 2025 as a Clinical Director before quickly transitioning into her current role as Northern California Regional Director. In this leadership capacity, she leverages her frontline experience to guide her clinical teams, driven by a passion for fostering resilience and ensuring long-term stability for every client across her region.

Outside of work, Haley enjoys camping, reading, playing games, and spending quality time with family and friends. She is a proud parent to a young son and shares her home with two cats and a dog.
