Evolve Fair Oaks, located along the American River northeast of Sacramento, offers teens access to scenic parks and tranquil trails like Sailor Bar Park and the American River Parkway. These outdoor spaces promote mindfulness, reflection, and well-being through therapeutic walks and activities.

Our Evolve Fair Oaks home features thoughtfully designed spaces to meet the needs of our teens and clinical team. The home includes three dedicated clinician offices for our two primary therapists and clinical director, a nursing station, and a comfortable group therapy room. A welcoming living room offers a comfortable space where teens can enjoy recreation time, connect with peers, and build healthy relationships through group activities and games. While the house provides a warm, inviting environment for our clients, every detail, from the security system to the furniture and decor, is thoughtfully curated with the safety and needs of our adolescent population in mind.
