Ginger Jule-Frost is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) and the Program Director for Evolve’s Walnut Creek and Lafayette Residential programs. Known for her warm and authentic approach, Ginger relies on humor and kindness to meet teens exactly where they are. She has dedicated her career to youth behavioral health, specializing in adolescents and transitional-aged youth (TAY) with histories of trauma, abuse, emotional dysregulation, and self-harm.

Drawing from a rich background spanning community behavioral health, educational settings, and a previous career in Special Education, Ginger brings a deeply compassionate perspective to her clinical work. She approaches therapy through an integrative, attachment-oriented framework, blending Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) with specialized training in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) from UCSF and Trauma-Focused CBT. Ginger also offers vital expertise in SOGIE (Sexual Orientation, Gender Identity, and Expression), passionately supporting gender-diverse clients and their families.

Throughout her career as a clinical leader, Ginger has guided multidisciplinary teams and offered consultation to newer clinicians. Always looking for opportunities for growth and challenge, she comes to Evolve with excitement to direct the Walnut Creek and Lafayette residential programs. In this role, she seamlessly integrates her extensive leadership skills, passionately dedicating herself to fostering an environment where both staff and clients feel supported, respected, and capable of meaningful change.

Outside of Evolve, Ginger enjoys spending time with her spouse and friends, attending the theater and concerts, painting, reading, and creative writing.
