Anna McClelland, LMFT, is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and our Southern California Regional Clinical Director. Bringing over 15 years of clinical and leadership experience to Evolve, Anna has dedicated her career to supporting teens and their families across a wide continuum of care, including residential, outpatient, school-based, and private practice settings.

She holds a Master’s degree in Psychology and specializes in treating adolescents facing trauma, mood disorders, substance use, learning differences, and complex family system challenges. Highly credentialed in evidence-based care, Anna holds specialized certifications in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), and Moral Reconation Therapy.

Since originally joining Evolve as a Clinical Program Director, Anna’s dedication to high-level clinical oversight led naturally to her current role overseeing the Southern California region. She uses her extensive background in trauma and family dynamics not just to manage operations, but to mentor Evolve’s clinical staff. She is deeply passionate about helping teenagers find their voice, build emotional insight, and develop the resilience needed to experience success in their relationships and grow into confident young adults.

Understanding that lasting recovery requires a systemic approach, Anna views parents and caregivers as essential partners in the healing process. She prioritizes transparency, collaboration, and skills-based coaching to ensure the entire family system is strengthened and supported long after treatment ends.
