Jessie Schaffer, LCSW #125762, earned her Master of Social Work from the University of Michigan and brings over 7 years of experience working with teens, young adults, and families in diverse mental health settings including residential treatment, outpatient care, and community programs. Jessie specializes in evidence-based approaches including DBT, IFS, CBT, and Motivational Interviewing, all within a person-centered framework that honors each teen’s unique strengths and resilience. What she loves most about working with adolescents is witnessing their incredible capacity for growth and transformation during this pivotal developmental stage – there’s something truly inspiring about supporting young people as they discover their identity and build healthy coping skills that will serve them for life. Outside of work, Jessica enjoys practicing yoga (she’s also a certified instructor!) and community engagement, passions that enrich her therapeutic approach with mindfulness and a deep commitment to social justice.
