Natalie is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over seven years of dedicated experience at Evolve Adolescent Behavioral Health. As the Clinical Program Director for Virtual Outpatient, she oversees the clinical quality and delivery of our online programming, ensuring that teens receiving care remotely experience the same level of connection and clinical rigor as those in our residential centers. She specializes in adolescent mental health, with a particular focus on supporting the LGBTQIA+ community and helping families navigate complex dynamics.
Natalie’s clinical approach is defined by her ability to make therapy engaging and interactive, an essential skill in the virtual space. She excels at building trust through warmth and humor, often incorporating music and art to help teens develop insight and express emotions that words sometimes cannot capture. By blending evidence-based modalities like Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) with creative interventions, she empowers clients to build the tools they need for a sustainable future.
Having been with Evolve for more than seven years, Natalie brings deep institutional knowledge and a profound commitment to our mission. She is passionate about supporting not just the teen, but the entire family unit, helping parents implement positive changes that strengthen relationships at home. Her clients and team alike appreciate her genuine interest in what matters most to them.
When she’s not hard at work at Evolve, Natalie enjoys attending concerts, dancing, relaxing with a spa day, or curling up for a cozy night with a good book and her dogs.
