When your teenager is struggling, all you can think about is how to help them. You want your child to be safe, heal, and live a happy and fulfilling life.
At Evolve, we help teens heal and adapt, to foster better tomorrows for your family. We offer industry-leading therapy and recovery programs for adolescents 12-17 years old struggling with an array of mental and co-occurring disorders.
Our evidence-based programs have served teens and their families from across the country. Our programs are designed specifically for teens and each location provides a safe, positive, and productive environment where real change happens daily.
At Evolve, we specialize in treating teens who have difficulty regulating emotions, are engaging in high-risk or self-injurious behaviors, or are suffering from suicidal ideation. Many of our teens struggle with high-acuity mental health issues and co-occurring disorders.
Evolve provides a safe and structured environment where teens develop valuable skills and insights, ensuring gains in treatment are maintained long after discharge.
Teens live on-site in one of our comfortable treatment centers. Our top priority is to provide a safe, structured environment with 24/7 support and supervision and a range of therapeutic activities to ensure a successful recovery. With a maximum of six residents at a time, we create a therapeutic environment that caters to each individual’s specific needs.
Residential treatment is the best option if your teen is finding life unmanageable due to mental health or addiction issues, is experiencing out-of-control behavioral issues, or they have been unsuccessful at lower levels of care.
At Evolve’s Partial Hospitalization Programs (PHP), also referred to as a “day program,” teens receive a full day of programming, five days a week. This level of care supports teens who live at home but struggle to maintain stability and attend school because of the severity of their mental health, substance use, and behavioral issues.
Evolve offers in-person and virtual Partial Hospitalization.
At Evolve’s Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP), also referred to as an “after school program,” teens receive a half day of programming, several days a week. This level of care supports teens who live at home and attend school but need more structure and support than weekly outpatient therapy.
Evolve offers in-person and virtual Intensive Outpatient.
Evolve’s team of expert clinicians provide individualized treatment plans that meet teens and families exactly where they are and guide them to where everyone should be. All in a place that feels like home.
Our therapeutic approaches include:
At Evolve, each therapist holds a small caseload of three clients and provides at least three individual therapy sessions a week. Our dedicated therapists get to know each teen and develop an individualized treatment plan that is tailored to meet their clinical.
Evolve’s full-time, in-house psychiatrists are skilled at supporting teens and families with complex needs. As active members of our client’s treatment team, our psychiatrists meet with clients weekly, provide parent updates and education, and are on-call 24/7 for urgent clinical evaluation.
At Evolve, we believe that family involvement is essential. We provide weekly family therapy, parent support groups, psychoeducation, and encourage parents to learn skills alongside their teen. We aim to equip teens and families with the tools they need for ongoing success after treatment.
Group Therapy is a powerful therapeutic tool at all levels of treatment. In group sessions, teens build skills, learn more about themselves, and work towards their individual treatment goals.
Evolve creates an academic environment that caters to each teen’s abilities, enabling students to pursue their individualized education goals while in treatment.
We teach teens practical skills to tolerate and manage stress, regulate difficult and uncomfortable emotions, and improve relationships with families and peers. At the residential level of care, counselors are available 24/7 for teens to receive in-the-moment, face-to-face support and skills coaching whenever the clients need it.
When you reach out to us, we listen. We want to understand who you are, and what’s going on in your family. A compassionate and skilled Admissions Coordinator will guide you through the process and answer any questions you have about Evolve’s programs. We will also answer questions in relation to payment and insurance coverage.
The next step is known as the pre-admissions assessment, and our goal is to ensure Evolve is clinically appropriate for your teen. After we’ve determined the appropriate level of care, we work with you to decide which location is the best fit, then arrange a time and date for admission.
From the moment your child admits, you’ll see first-hand the warmth and comfort that defines the Evolve experience for teens and their families. Finally, treatment begins. You can rest assured knowing your child is in a safe, comfortable, supportive environment surrounded by a dedicated team of compassionate, experienced mental health and addiction experts.
We know this is a huge step for you and your family. We understand it won’t be easy. Yes, there may be tears. Yes, it may be hard to drive away. But one thing we’ve learned in all our years working with adolescents: treatment works.
If your family is in crisis, we can expedite the admissions process to get you the help you need.
Evolve works with most private insurance companies on an in-network and out-of-network basis. We talk to your insurance provider and advocate for you to maximize your benefits at every level of care.
